The second course, How to Heal: A Journey with Jesus, will take you through step by step to get you on the path of freedom and break the chains of dysfunctional cycles off of your life. It outlines the journey from beginning to end and will discuss such topics as identity, overcoming the lies that we believe, and healing from memories and trauma. It will also address how to start taking care of yourself again in order to live the life of joy that you were created for.
