Adrienne Binder, Ed.D. (c), is an educator, entrepreneur, and advocate for restoration who helps individuals and leaders understand their story, break unhealthy patterns, and build healthier, more grounded lives. As the founder of Restoration Resources, she is committed to restoring dignity, strengthening resilience, and creating practical pathways for lasting growth and healing.
Her work sits at the intersection of trauma, theology, and human development—translating complex concepts into clear, accessible tools people can actually use in real life. Adrienne is the creator of Restored Foundations, a course designed to help individuals rebuild identity, navigate relationships with greater clarity, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
She is also developing The Restoration Framework, a training and certification program that equips leaders to build healthy people, teams, and systems through trauma-informed, faith-integrated practices.
A trained facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute and a doctoral candidate in Christian Leadership at Liberty University, Adrienne brings together academic insight and lived experience to support meaningful, sustainable transformation.
She is the author of Out of the Ashes, its companion workbook, and In Search of Authenticity.

Restored Foundations is something I didn’t set out to create- it’s something I received through my own journey.
And because of that, I’ve made a decision:
To make this work accessible to anyone who needs it.
There are deeper ways to engage- through workshops, cohorts, and guided experiences- but the foundation itself is here for you to begin.
Because healing shouldn’t be out of reach for anyone.
If Restored Foundations has been meaningful to you, you’re invited to support the continued development of resources, community, and guided experiences.
Your support helps us:
> expand access
> create new resources
> and continue building spaces where people can grow and heal
